Description
A “semi-vegetarian” basis diet to which different protein sources can be added. This formula is ideal for very allergic dogs; the protein source may be selected according to the dog's particular intolerances and energy requirements. Adding extra meat increases the total fat and protein intake. Holistique Blendz may also be fed alone for dogs on a restricted-calorie diet or for older dogs with pancreatic or kidney problems that need reduced amount of protein or fat. NO artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, salt, sugar, wheat, corn, or soy.

My 9 yr old dalmatian has been on the Holistique Blendz for about 5 yrs. Started out to help control her weight but now as a senior, her weight is good and her kidneys still healthy (lower protein), which is necessary for dalmatians, as their kidneys don't process as well as most. Her coat is beautiful and her eyes are bright! Stools are tight which shows you there are no fillers in this food. All ORGANIC HOLISTIC., not just a label to this Company. Email them and ask them to explain the "white factor". They care about every ingredient that goes into this food and have NEVER been part of a recall. Excellent food. I recommend to anyone with protein or weight control issues. the kibble size is small enough for older dogs who may have trouble chewing or who chew too fast.

I have two dogs on this food. One dog 9 years old has had bad skin allery problems and they are all under control with this food. I am very pleased. He is a lab/chow mix and his coat is so thick and shiny.
