Shipping Policy

We offer UPS® Ground (within 7 business days), UPS® 2 Day Air (2 business days), and UPS® Next Day Air (next business day) delivery options unless otherwise noted on the product page.  Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for UPS® Next Day Air or UPS® 2 Day Air service to any address within the 48 connected states, as long as we receive your order by 3:00 PM EST, Thursday for UPS® Next Day Air, or by 3:00 PM EST, Wednesday for UPS® 2 Day Air.

•    All ground orders shipped from our warehouse arrive within 4-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.
•    Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day. 
•    Most orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). 
•    Our carriers, UPS® and USPS®, pick up packages Monday through Friday only.
•    If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address, simply
      enter  the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
•    All orders for merchandise that are on a pressurized container are required to be delivered by UPS® Standard Ground.
•    Orders with 5 lbs or less will be shipped either via UPS® or USPS®.
•    Aerosols and some other restricted items must be shipped ground and cannot be expedited by air
      shipment.  This information will appear in the item description.

All orders for Alaska, Hawaii are shipped only via UPS® Ground, UPS® Next Day Air, UPS® 2 Day Air and USPS®. Orders for U.S. Territories and  FPO/APO address are shipped via USPS® only.  Please allow 7-17 days for delivery. For your convenience, you may place your order online and once your order is received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via e-mail or phone with your actual shipping costs prior to shipment.  Or you may call our customer service center at 1-800-343-7680 for USPS® shipping charges.
