What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

Our website or customer service team (if ordering by phone, fax, or mail) will ask you for information which identifies you, allows us to contact you, and allows us to process your order. Specifically, these items are the following:

Your name and address is added to our catalog mailing list. By being on this mailing list, you will receive our quarterly catalogs. Occasionally, we share mailing lists with other catalog companies. We use third party personnel to print and mail the quarterly catalog. These parties are exposed to your mailing information as needed for catalog distribution.

The personal information that you have given us and the information about your order may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. This information may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make out future marketing efforts more efficient. It may also be used by our marketing partners to bring you offers of interest. Your billing address is used to verify your credit card information. The billing information of all new customers will be verified. This is for your protection against fraud and theft. Customers who use a debit card for payment may be required to provide the phone number of the card issuing bank which is listed on the back of the card. This also will be used for billing verification.

The keycode is the 4 digit (number and letters) on the mailing label of your catalog. It is used for marketing purposes only.

Our site automatically collects data such as the URL you came from, IP address, domain type, browser type, country you are ordering from, the pages you viewed and items your searched during your visit. This information is used internally for marketing purposes and will not be distributed outside the company.

How is information on the computer system and website protected?

Our computer system is protected using advanced firewall technology. All information received from a web order, including your credit card number and expiration date, are stored on our secure server.

Our Verisign certificate allows our customers web browsers to verify our site's authenticity and to communicate with it securely via SSL encryption.

This protects private information from being intercepted over the internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This means our customers can confidently send private data, such as credit card numbers, to our website, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.

Why do we collect cookies?
