Recommended for puppies over 6 months of age and over 7 lbs. Not intended as a complete diet. As with any edible product make sure your dog has plenty of water and monitor your dog to make sure that the treat is adequately chewed. Manufacturer recommends reducing your dog's regular diet by 5% to account for the added calories in the chew.
