CARE-A-LOT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION 5TH ANNNUAL FALL FUR ADOPTION WRAP. SUN SHED LIGHT ON HOPE FOR HOMELESS ANIMALS
Rain won’t waver our drive for a better future for the pets in our community. It was so great to see our community come together for our 5th annual Fall Fur Adoption, and it was surely a fall to remember. During our event, we showcased eight excellent animal rescues local to the 757 and Moyock area hoping to find fur-ever homes. Since then, the Norfolk SPCA and rescues like Tuna's Guinea Pig Rescue have seen great interest in adoptions of their animals. In addition to your help and the help of our Presenting Sponsor, Canidae, we were able to raise $8,000 for the Care-A-Lot Charitable Foundation! The funds raised will be used to provide much-needed pet supplies for our local rescues to help keep pets fed, clean, and entertained as they wait for their adopted family. The Care-A-Lot Charitable Foundation is happy to host this event annually, and to help oversee the growing needs of pets in our society for the past 5 years of Fall for Adoption.
